The house is built in walking distance from the traditional town of Parikia. It is near the port and the Church of Virgin Mary Ekatontapiliani (Panagia Ekatontapiliani). Our guests will enjoy staying in this quiet, cozy neighborhood just like local people do.
HISTORY
A traditional family house
It is the owners’ family house where their father was born. The house was built in 1939. It was fully renovated in 2009 and then partially in 2022. It is a stone house that has been modernized with respect to the traditional architecture.
AMENTITIES
Sweet and cosy
It can host up to five guests. It has one bathroom, two bedrooms with a double bed in each and a single bed in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, and a washing machine. A terrace with a table, chairs, umbrella, and sunbeds is where the guests can enjoy a mountain view.

PARKING & BUSES
Located on a Parian alley
As it is located on a Parian alley, the car can be parked in the municipal parking lot P4 which is about 150m away from the house, although a car is not actually required. There is a central bus station near the port with a frequent and regular bus service to any village, town or beach of the island.

Trips around
If our guests prefer boat trips, there are options to visit Marcelo or Krios beach with a traditional boat. Any destination or daily trip can be planned with a taxi or transport services, so as to avoid all the traffic or the crowding parking lots during the summer period.
